Today, I’m based in Mechanicville, serving Saratoga Springs and New York’s Capital Region. Tiers & Treats carries that history forward, bringing my love of cake design together with opportunities to teach, gather, and create through Cake n Sip.

Chocolate Chip Pancake
Vanilla cake with chocolate chips, maple pastry cream filling, maple buttercream.
Birthday Cake
Confetti cake, vanilla pastry cream filling, vanilla buttercream.
Pumpkin Cheesecake
Pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin cream filling and cinnamon cream cheese buttercream.
Caramel Macchiato
Kahlua fudge cake filled with dulce de leche, topped with salted caramel buttercream and drizzle.
Maple Apple Crisp
Cinnamon apple cake filled with maple cream, topped with maple cinnamon buttercream and apple crisp crumble.
Custom cake pricing
Cakes start at $5 per serving, plus a custom design fee of $35+ depending on complexity, with a 6” minimum (serves 15). Fully custom flavor combinations need 2 weeks’ advance notice so everything is made fresh for your event.
