Orders and Booking
Order Placement
All orders and bookings must be submitted through our approved platforms or directly with us.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Accuracy of Information

Custom Orders

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for credit.
No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
Credits must be used within 90 days.
Treat Deliveries
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not refundable.
