Orders and Booking

Order Placement

All orders and bookings must be submitted through our approved platforms or directly with us.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Payments and Pricing

  • Full payment is required unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Payments are non-refundable once production begins.

  • Cancellations within 7 days of fulfillment are non-refundable.

  • Changes may incur additional fees.

Cake n Sip Classes & Events

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for credit.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Credits must be used within 90 days.

Treat Deliveries

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability are not refundable.

Allergens and Food Safety

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Nuts

  • Gluten

We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies.

We are not liable for allergic reactions.

Design and Artistic License

All custom designs are created based on client requests and inspiration.

Exact replication of images cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve artistic discretion in color, texture, and layout.

Minor variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

Pickup, Delivery, and Event Attendance

Orders must be collected at the agreed time.

Unclaimed orders may be disposed of after 24 hours without refund.

Events

Participants must arrive on time.

Late arrivals may miss instruction and materials.
